The service
Overflow Fleet provides tools to track the performance of car-rental fleets — including dashboards, reports, claims, and inspection checklists. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the data you enter, and keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or disrupt other users.
- Don’t upload unlawful content or data you don’t have the right to use.
- Comply with the rules of any platform you operate on and with applicable laws.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Independence from Turo
Overflow Fleet is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Turo, Inc. “Turo” and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform you use.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” Metrics and tax forecasts are estimates to help you plan and are not financial, tax, or legal advice — confirm important figures with a qualified professional. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
